To achieve a goal isnt to achieve the goal but achieve around it
We are a base of 4 groups united as 1 team for this project, this project has started in March 15 2022. Our team has been assigned with one goal which is present an arcade project to the industry, we hopefully want to impress the individual from the industry and present a product that we as a team will not forget.
For the struggle that we encountered was helpful for an individual to think a struggle as meaningful would be insane but for us was a rather meaningful experience to understand our failure and to improve as much as we can and we remember for a next round of project of the coming future.
For us the failure we encountered was communication and coordination, we struggled as we had not expected the unexpected as time began too outpaced us, we knew as a team we had to rely one and another and communication was key, its a valid thing to understand communication but to realize how critical communication is you must experienced it for yourself in a more intensive environment, we hope our experience is a lesson of learned from this project, we want you to know that communication and coordination is the very thing you MUST prioritized before work or project, you must focus communicating before coordination and then you can work on the following steps that we or you did.
Reminder to any of you reading this is that you must think of logistic before product, a valid key is a key that can construct you a valid infrastructure for the product you are aiming for, realize to aim the product is to aim its logistic as you cannot tackle a product without understanding its method of itself.
To you, understand the product and understand yourself as you will faced the errors and the opportunity down the path, its on you or your team to realize the complication involving product and its up to you or your team to break and divide the complexity to a valid point, and that point must be time itself.
Do not let time outpace your work or yourself especially an environment that our team faced.
And remember NEVER pass a DEADLINE in a project.

Final outcome
Despite the effort being made, the arcade was a failure as the monitor was broken and we had no way to fix the monitor however we delivered a presentation that we can be satisfied, we may have not have a working arcade but we delivered a presentation that is memorable.
